We always stock a fabulous selection of new and pre-owned holiday homes available to view seven days a week. An appointment is not always necessary. However, to be guaranteed to experience an attentive viewing, we recommend calling and discussing your requirements.

The Park is open from 1st March to 14th January each year. All holiday homes on our parks are privately owned. We do not have any available for hire and do not allow sub-letting.

We operate two seasons 1st March – 14th November or 1st March – 14th January.

Annual rates: The annual service rate charge includes water and sewerage and other services. This is invoiced in April.

Electricity: Charged per unit .48969p

Gas: Supplied in 47kg bottles ordered at Reception and delivered and connected once weekly. (Tuesdays )

The cost of a 47kg gas is £97.25.

Holiday Home Insurance – You can use any insurance company you choose however our preferred insurers are Leisure days.
